Embracing Puberty with Confidence
MCA Youth is excited to host Embracing Puberty with Confidence for girls ages 13+ and mothers are encouraged to join! We will have boba for everyone who registers!
We have the pleasure and honor of having Dr. Jinaan Al-Shehabi teach this class! Dr. Jinaan is a native to the SF bay area. She grew up as a student in GIS, got her bachelors in physiology from SJSU and got her doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose. In addition to her doctorate degree, Dr. Al-Shehabi also holds a masters degree in Islamic Studies from the Graduate Theological Foundation. Dr. Al-Shehabi is a women’s health practitioner who focuses on women’s menstrual, emotional and physical health. She owns her own private practice and teaches at the University of East-West Medicine in Sunnyvale.
